Nuts and seeds are a great choice, packed full of protein and other great nutrients. For a heartier snack, keto friendly meat jerkies are a great way of getting a huge protein hit.

Increasingly, you can also buy keto friendly snacks in grocery stores and online. However, the same warning goes as with the pre-prepared meals, make sure you read the label carefully to avoid hidden sugars and carbs.
